About the event
Balms & (Seed) Bombs will be led by instructor Ingrid Birker from the Â鶹ӰԺ Medicinal Plant Garden. Ingrid will teach you about the various native medicinal plants you can find at the Medicinal Plant Garden and around campus/Mont Royal and their uses. The workshop will conclude with a DIY session, where you will use Calendula and Milkweed (native to the region) to make your own lip/skin balm and seed bombs.
